How long does a groom take?
A full groom typically takes between 1.5 and 3 hours depending on your dog's size, coat type, and temperament. We never rush — your dog's comfort comes first. We'll give you an estimated time window when you book.
Do you groom all breeds?
We groom most breeds, from tiny Chihuahuas to large Bernese Mountain Dogs. If your dog has a particularly complex coat or has had grooming challenges in the past, just mention it when booking and we'll make sure we're the right fit.
What should I expect for a first visit?
We'll park our fully-equipped van outside your home and introduce ourselves to your dog before we begin. We encourage a short meet-and-greet sniff around the van so they feel comfortable. You're welcome to stay nearby — many owners have a cup of tea at home while we work. We'll let you know as soon as we're done.
